We curate deliciously easy and gluten-free charcuterie, so you don’t have to. Whether you want charcuterie as a snack, a meal, or a party, we offer pick-up or delivery in the Denver metropolitan area. If you want to boost the mood of your private event or party, please send us an email or call to discuss the possibilities!

Being a small, independently owned business, we prioritize minimizing food waste, providing quality product, and quality service . To ensure we meet your needs , we kindly request orders be placed my midnight the day before.

For catering events, please reach out to us a minimum of 48 hours beforehand. Your cooperation helps us deliver fresh, quality products while maintaining our commitment to sustainability.

 

About Marie

Marie Cameron, the founder of Charcuter-Marie, is a lover of good food and good moods. She refuses to let her Celiac condition limit her enjoyment of either. It is her personal mission to find delicious gluten-free foods to include in perfectly curated charcuterie boards. 

What started as a personal quest, deepened during her international travels. In Spain, Italy, Greece, Croatia, and France  she engaged in almost daily afternoon aperitif (or apéro for short). It was an opportunity to unwind and sample a variety of delicious charcuterie items, all the while avoiding gluten. What might have started as an informal afternoon snack would often turn into a delicious dinner (the French call this an apéro dînatoire). But there was something else that she noticed during apéro– everyone always seemed to be in a good mood. Marie decided to bring the apéro experience back to Denver with her.

She looked for any opportunity to creatively curate charcuterie boards as a way to relax after a busy week. She has expanded from boards to charcuterie cups and grazing tables. Marie found the informal, yet delicious vibe of charcuterie creates a good mood in a variety of situations- birthday parties, weddings, bridal showers, engagement parties, baby showers, graduations, business meetings, lunches, trainings, and happy hours, for any number of guests.

Marie left her previous life as an air quality engineer to become a full-time snack-quality engineer.  She is now dedicated to delighting others with deliciously easy and gluten-free charcuterie.
