How does delivery work?
Place your order using the order page at www.charcuter-marie.com. Select the shipping option, select your date for your order when prompted (we always suggest the day of your event, but please provide a note if your event is not until the next day so we can modify preparation of the boards), provide your approximate time for delivery when prompted (we suggest requesting a minimum 1-2 hours before your event so there is no stress the day of), and please provide the delivery address and instructions when prompted.
As a small business we will accommodate your delivery as close to your requested time as possible. We do all our own deliveries and therefore, during especially busy times we may contact you to with a modified delivery time, but will always work with your schedule to make it as easy as possible and meet your needs.

How does pick-up work?
Place your order using the order page at www.charcuter-marie.com. Select the pick up option, select your date for your order, and then provide your approximate time for pick-up.
If you will be more than an hour after your chosen pick up time or would like your order before your stated pick up time please contact us at 720-432-6353 to discuss your options.
Once you arrive at 707 Federal Boulevard, Denver, CO 80204 for pick up please call or text us at 720-432-6353 and we will bring your order out to the lobby. Calling us is the fastest way to get your order, the texting sometimes takes 5-10 minutes to go through.
Our private commercial kitchen is located on Federal in a kitchen facility with several other businesses. The building is painted black and has a sign on the front that says “Federal Kitchens”.
What does gluten free mean?
People with Celiac disease (like our founder Marie) have an immune reaction that is triggered by eating gluten– resulting in inflammation and damage to their intestinal tracts and other parts of the body when they eat foods containing gluten.
Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. It is found in many foods such as bread, crackers, sauces, and beer. Charcuter-Marie excludes any foods that contain gluten.
Is Charcuter-Marie 100% Gluten Free?
Charcuter-Marie takes gluten seriously. Our commercial kitchen is a private space and gluten-free. We are careful to source products that are inherently gluten-free, marked gluten-free, and/or marked certified gluten-free for items like crackers, where there is more of a concern for cross contamination during production.
Is your kitchen/food free of nuts?
While our heart goes out to those who suffer nut allergies, we are sorry to inform you that our kitchen is not a nut-free environment. Marcona almonds are included in our Classic Charcuterie Board and in the Veggie board. We also have some gluten-free crackers which use almond flour and dips that may also contain nuts. You are welcome to request no nuts, however, please keep in mind the kitchen is not nut-free and some of our ingredients may have been processed in a facility with a variety of nuts.
Does Charcuter-Marie have vegan options?
Yes! The Fruit and Veggie board contains no gluten, meat, nor dairy– so yes, it is vegan.
With advance notice and customization we can also create a vegan board upon request.
Can I customize my board? Can I choose my meat and cheese options?
Charcuter-Marie does its best to hand select the best meat and cheese pairings to complement each board. We understand that there are times when you just need to substitute an item to make it deliciously yours. You are welcome to make a comment about a specific meat, cheese, or other replacement when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate that request based on which items we have in stock that day.
How far in advance do I have to place my order? Do you take last minute orders?
Because we are mindful of food waste and ordering fresh ingredients, we ask that you place your order in advance, by midnight the day before order fullfillment. That gives us the time to ensure that we have the correct amounts of ingredients on hand, avoid food waste, and have adequate time to prepare your order.
However, if you find yourself in a last-minute bind, please call or email and we will do our best to fulfill the order.
What is your cancellation policy?
Charcuter-Marie sources its ingredients from local suppliers, is mindful of food waste, and the time it takes to prepare the boards. That is why we ask for a minimum order placement by midnight the day before.
Please cancel orders 2 days prior to scheduled fulfillment of your order for a full refund, orders cancelled less than 2 days prior to fulfillment are not eligible for a refund, but we encourage acts of charcuterie kindness and you can gift your order to someone else for pick-up.
What are the different sizes of the boards?
Petite board = 8X8 inches
Small board = 10X10 inches
Medium board = 14X10 inches
Large board = 22X12 inches

What sustainability practices does Charcuter-Marie have?
Most of the packaging materials are recyclable or compostable. The palm leaf trays, cutlery, napkins, plates, cups, serving spoons, cracker/dessert paper bags, are made of compostable and bio-degradable materials. The boxes are made of recycled materials. The tongs, plastic cups and lids are recyclable. The skewers are made of eco-friendly bamboo.
Can I buy a gift card for someone? How does this work?
Yes! Gift cards are a terrific way to boost someone’s mood.
We encourage all acts of charcuterie thoughtfulness. Whether for a birthday, congratulations, or just because, you can buy a gift card in various amounts from our website here. Our gift cards are electronic and will be emailed to you or another designated email address of your choice.
We also have an physical gift card option through our website here. Please allow 3-5 business days for your gift card to be mailed to the recipient or email use for a pick up time.
